Grand National 2011

We’ve had a few emails asking us when the Grand National 2011 will be run. As always the National is run in early April, the exact date for this years race is Saturday the 9th April.

Once again horses and jockey’s will line up to tackle one of he hardest courses in racing, last years winner ‘Don’t Push It’ ridden by Tony McCoy is likely to be in the running again.

However, if the mighty ‘Denman’ finally gets the nod for this race all bets could be off! Denman’s trainer keeps teasing us with the prospect of the champion gold cup winner finishing his career by having a crack at the National. You’d have to be mad to bet against him winning it too.
